About Daniel Ryan:
Daniel is the director and founder of ‘Titan Fit’.
He started as a Personal Trainer in America in Boston (Equinox) where he has trained some high profile clients.
He then came back to Ireland with a fresh outlook. Daniel worked in a leisure centre in Naas and identified a common problem that most members were facing, they were not achieving their  results in the time they wanted to, or sometimes not at all!
He identified a massive gap in the fitness market. He came up with a sustainable and effective solution to keeping fit and feeling great in as short a time as possible. This is a unique, multi class template, where each member chooses a fitness program that best suits their needs, all under expert personal training supervision. The primary focus of this vision was ‘to make expert, personal training both affordable and fun’.
Daniel is a qualified Neuromuscular and Physical Therapist. He deals with sports injuries and general pain management with his clients on a daily basis. He is also a qualified Sports Massage therapist.
Daniel also has a degree in Sport & Exercise and specializes in treating movement dysfunction and enhancing people’s lives through physical exercise.
He has worked with the Irish women’s Volleyball team and with Newbridge RFC. He has also worked with the local GAA team that achieved an all-Ireland title in 2014.
On a personal note Daniel competed in gymnastics from a young age. He implements some gymnastics within the Titan Fit set up where needed. He also achieved a high level of success in Rugby, winning both Leinster and all – Ireland titles for club and schools. Â When studying his degree, he achieved another all-Ireland Colleges medal.
Daniel is very passionate about helping others and is excellent at getting the best out of people and helping them realise their true potential.
Both his practical and theoretical knowledge is a distinct advantage when helping others achieve their goals.
