Classes

Welcome to the Titan Fit classes.

The class timetable is designed to help you focus on what really matters to you. We take all fitness levels and realise that ‘bulking up’ is not for everybody. Choosing the right class is easy.

We have colour coded the timetable making it easy for you to choose a class that best fits your fitness level and needs.

The colours represent the level of difficulty for each class. (Green is the easiest). (Blue is intermediate). (Orange is intermediate to advanced). (Red is advanced).

Each class offers a different aspect of fitness. Depending on your fitness level, some classes will suit you better. A trainer will suggest the most appropriate classes for you.

Every member must complete a health screening from and disclaimer before beginning any classes.
