Titan Strength is all about controlling and using your own body weight to develop functional strength. If your movement quality is â€˜cleanâ€™ and safe, you will progress onto the use of equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, dumbells etc.
The emphasis of this class is not to â€˜pump upâ€™. The primary focus of this class is to learn new skills and movements that will make you strong and also keep you flexible.
You will be doing a comprehensive warm up lasting up to 20 minutes. Then followed by exercises such as the deadlift, back squat, body weight push-ups and pull-ups. The warm down consist of static stretches that are flexibility focused.
Many women in particular will use this class as a perfect balance in combination with high intensity training for optimal fat burning results
