Titan Fit Strength (Intermediate to advanced)

Titan Strength is all about controlling and using your own body weight to develop functional strength. If your movement quality is ‘clean’ and safe, you will progress onto the use of equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, dumbells etc. The emphasis of this class is not to ‘pump up’. The primary focus of this class is to learn new skills and movements that will make you strong and also keep you flexible. What’s involved? You will be doing a comprehensive warm up lasting up to 20 minutes. Then followed by exercises such as the deadlift, back squat, body weight push-ups and pull-ups. The warm down consist of static stretches that are flexibility focused. Many women in particular will use this class as a perfect balance in combination with high intensity training for optimal fat burning results
