What is Titan Fit?

Titan Fit is group personal training in class format. It covers every aspect of total body fitness. It is time and energy efficient. This method maximizes body fat loss and helps prevent joint degeneration in the process. The variety of classes and training types give the members a more complete picture of what the body should be capable of doing safely. No one particular class will hinder the other, as all the training types are complimentary of each other.
