We are a group personal training facility. We differ from leisure centres as we are a classes-only gym with an emphases on the membersÂ requirements. This multi-class method covers every aspect of total body fitness. Our unique approach is time and energy efficient also.
At Titan Fit we understand that ‘pumping up’ is not at the top of most people’s priority list. For this reason we have come up with a trainingÂ method that maximises body fat loss and helps prevent joint degeneration in the process. . Titan Fit group personal training allows you to receive the attention you need and takes the guesswork out of doing up programs. The variety of classes and training types give the members a more complete picture of what the body is really capable of doing. It’s important to note that no 1 particular class will hinder the other, as all the training types are complimentary of each other.
The intimate workout setting, combined with nutrition and a full biomechanics assessment provide the perfect platform for you to reach your goal(s).
We have highly qualified and experienced staff including our in-house Physical Therapist/Trainer, so you know you are in safe hands.Â We address movement dysfunction and then your specific individual goals.
